RETURNS POLICY

Customer Satisfaction

We proudly stand behind the quality of our product and we rectify any problems you have with your purchase. Each shipment is carefully inspected before it leaves our warehouse and we take reasonable precautions when packing your order. However, in the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase/s, please read below for instructions.

Returns & Exchanges

For online purchases, we do not offer a refund for simply changing your mind. If you recieve a faulty or damaged product, you have the option of a refund, exchange or credit note. To recieve a refund it must bewithin 14 days of purchase. Simply notify us by email or phone (see 'contact us') with your order number, and we can discuss your options.

All returnable goods should be addressed to; 126 Rokeby Rd, Subiaco, Perth WA 6008 with your details including return address.

Please note: delivery fees are non-refundable. You will, however not be charged a second delivery fee for an exchanged or replacement product.

Unfulfilled Orders

In the instance that the purchased product cannot be supplied in the specified time period, you will be notified immediately a)when we expect order to be filled b)suggest an alternative c)arrange a full refund in the original payment method.

Incorrectly addressed purchases

All purchases are sent via Australia Post. Incorrectly addressed orders will be returned to our warehouse, upon which we will re-confirm your address details. In the case of providing us with an incorrect address, an additional delivery charge will be billed so it is important that the shipping address provided is correct.

DELIVERIES

Australia Post Parcel Post is our preferred delivery service. Each order is sent as registered post, which will require a signature to accept delivery. Each order is insured for loss and is traceable via the Australia Post registered post parcel system.

If your order arrives and there is no one to accept the delivery, the order is sent to your local Post Office and you will be left notification and collection instructions in your letterbox.

Table Culture endevours to have you order with you between 3 to 10 working days within Australia, subject to stock availability. Please allow up to 3 weeks for International deliveries. If there is a delay, you will be notified immediatly via email or phone with an estimated arrival time.

It is also important for the months of November and December due to the peak postal period, to allow an extra 2 weeks for your order to arrive ie. if it is a gift for Christmas order 2 weeks earlier. Cutoff date for Christmas deliveries is 12th of December.

We offer delivery Australia wide and also Internationally for the delivery charges stated in your shopping basket.
