Returns and Refunds Policy

We will happily refund all sales within 14 days, customers must have receipt and goods must be in original condition.

Can I unsubscribe from the Table Culture e-newsletter?

Please either phone or email us with your request and we will ensure your email address is removed from the Table Culture mailing list.

Delivery of my order - How long?

Delivery will take between 3- 10 working days within Australia through Australia Post. We do not offer shipping to International addresses at this time. If we experience any delays you will be contacted immediatley to inform you of an expected delivery date. You can email instructions on wether you are happy to wait for the item.

Please allow extra time in the peak period months of November and December due to the high volume of parcels at that time of year. Cut off order dates for December to ensure you recieve order for Christmas day is the close of business 12th of December.

Do you ship Internationally?

Unfortunately at this time we do not ship Internationally.

Giftwrapping - How much does it cost?

Table Culture offers complimentary giftwrapping service for all online and in store purchases. We use a gloss white paper with an organza ribbon. Please ensure you tick the gift wrap box at point of ordering.

How can I view the items that have been purchased off my registry?

You can view all purchased items by logging into your control panel and following the link to your purchased list.

How do I set up an online Bridal Registry?

For a step-by-step set-up process select the 'Bridal' link which contains detailed information on our Bridal Registry Service at Table Culture.

Creating a registry is easy! Register your details with us. We require information such as your names, contact details, event details, delivery details and login information. This will enable you and your fiancé to login to your registry and add/delete products and update your details if your circumstances change. Once you've completed the registration you can then start adding products to your registry.

How do I update my Bridal Registry online?

You can add/delete products or update the quantities of the chosen products you requested or still need. You can also update your contact details by simply logging in to your registry. There you will find all the tools you need.

What do I do if I am unsatisfied with my purchase?

Please refer to 'Guarantees' tab for all your options or contact us to discuss your options.

When an item is purchased, does my Bridal Registry automatically get updated?

Yes. Your Bridal Registry is automatically updated after someone purchases something from your list so that no one else can buy that same product from your registry.
